Tuscan Ridge
This ranch home provides aged country charm with rustic style. The expansive open floor plan is perfect for large gatherings while still allowing for privacy, work, rest and relaxation. The interior design compliments the exterior with stone accents throughout along with hand scraped base boards and beams to showcase SEM's unique signature touches.
Stirling
This modern ranch is a mix of contemporary taste and age-old trademarks. The centrally located kitchen is connected to the great room, dining room and breakfast nook all while maintaining functionality and symmetry throughout the plan.
Highlands
This classic two story is one of our signature showcases for Inspired Living. The first floor provides an open family-style environment with dedicated areas for privacy and work. The second floor's four spacious bedrooms are entirely dedicated for rest an relaxation with separate baths for each bedroom. The walk-out lower level is intended for entertaining, with a second family room, movie room, mini-bar and toy-room.
Roman
A sprawling modern ranch with over 3000 SF of living space on the first floor alone. This custom home design provides for large gatherings as well as for intimate family moments. From a private exercise room, to relaxing on the covered deck, or watching a movie as you look in from the basement bar, everything you need is here at home.
